We are a non-profit Community Based Organization (CBO) working in Gulu City and the Acholi Sub-region of Uganda to reduce health disparities, prevent crime and improve outcomes for vulnerable people through healthcare, education and criminal justice support.
Since our establishment in 2023, we have been committed to reaching people who are often left behind — vulnerable children, teenage mothers, disadvantaged families, elderly people living with chronic illnesses and individuals affected by social and justice challenges.

A Story That Inspired Our Work.
In 2023, we met a 16-year-old teenage mother living in extreme vulnerability. After becoming pregnant, she was rejected by her family and forced into a difficult living situation. Without adequate support and living far from health services, she delivered her baby at home, putting both her and her child at risk. When our team met her, she was suffering and without hope. Through compassion and community support:
● She was connected to medical care.
● Her baby received vaccination support.
● She received encouragement and dignity during a difficult time.
Her story represents thousands of vulnerable people who need someone to stand with them.
