1. Mr. John Reed

Chairperson

Mr. John Reed provides strategic leadership and

guidance to Humanity Network in Uganda.

As Board Chairperson, he supports good governance,

accountability and organizational development to ensure

the organization remains focused on its mission and values.

2. Dr. Okello NgomOkwee David

Board Member

Dr. Okello NgomOkwee David contributes professional

knowledge and guidance to strengthen the organization’s

programs and community impact.

He supports initiatives aimed at improving health

outcomes and strengthening services for vulnerable

populations.

Board Member

Dr. Acan Agnes contributes expertise and commitment

toward improving community wellbeing.

Executive Leadership

---

Juliana Kifola

Executive Director,Founder 

Juliana Kifola is the Executive Director of Humanity

Network in Uganda and one of the key driving forces

behind the organization’s establishment.

Her commitment to vulnerable communities was

strengthened after witnessing the struggles of a teenage

mother who faced rejection, abuse and lack of access to

healthcare.

This experience inspired her to work toward creating an

organization that supports vulnerable people through

healthcare, education and social protection initiatives.

As Executive Director, Juliana provides leadership in:

Community programs,

Vulnerable women and children support,

Health initiatives,

Community partnerships and

Organizational growth.

Her leadership is guided by compassion, dignity and service.

Latim Stephen Olam

Programs Director 

Latim Stephen Olam is the Programs Director of Humanity

Network in Uganda.

With a background in Clinical Medicine and Community Health,

he brings experience in healthcare, community service

and public health initiatives.

His passion is driven by a desire to reduce health

inequalities, improve access to care and create systems

that support vulnerable communities.

APra Programs Director, he provides leadership in:

Strategic direction,

Health program development,

Community engagement,

Partnership building and

Organizational vision

He believes that healthcare, education and justice support

must work together to create healthier and safer communities.
